DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Throughout The UK
Covers in stock at our UK warehouse will be dispatched within 1 business day of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times can vary from 1 – 3 business days.
In the event that the cover is not in stock in our Suffolk warehouse, the cover will be dispatched from the factory directly to you, and will arrive to you within 14 days of order. All the ready made covers will clearly state on the product page if they are being dispatched directly from the factory.
Custom Made Cover Orders
Custom made covers will be made and finished within 5 – 7 business days after approval of drawing and then air-shipped directly to you. The standard lead time for custom made covers is 4 weeks. Upon your custom made cover being dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a separate email with the tracking details for delivery. The progress of your custom made cover can be updated on the bottom right hand side of this website. Simply enter your email and order number.
Custom Made Cover Delays
On rare occasions shipments can be delayed due to Customs and peak production times. Should your order be delayed by more than 14 days you will have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund. Please note this refund does not apply once the order has been dispatched to you within the UK.
