Measure the overall height of your umbrella from the very top to the bottom of the canopy. Although it’s not essential, we recommend entering a height at least 5 cm taller than the actual height for ease of fitting.
Wrap your tape measure around the thickest part of the folded umbrella — this is usually found around the middle to lower section of the canopy.
With the umbrella folded, wrap your tape measure around the top section just below the cap or finial.
1. Delivery Time: This cover is dispatched directly from our factory, not from our Suffolk warehouse. You will receive delivery within 10–14 days.
2. Delivery Postpone: Dispatch and delivery cannot be delayed or postponed once the order is placed. Orders are dispatched and shipped automatically.
3. Measurements: All measurements displayed on the website refer to the cover size, not the furniture size. Please see item 4.
4. Fit Requirements: For a correct fit, the cover must be a minimum of 3 cm larger in every dimension other than the height. Ordering a cover without appropriate allowance will result in an incorrect fit or not fitting at all.
5. Confirming Measurements: Measuring is straightforward, but accuracy is essential. Please double-check all measurements before ordering. It is recommended to have a friend or family member double check measurements to avoid errors.
6. Optional Extras / Customisation: “Choose Extras” are custom additions made to ready-made covers specifically for you. Covers featuring these options are non-refundable and non-returnable, even for incorrect size or change of mind.
7. Fabric Specifications: Covers are manufactured using 200gsm heavy-duty waterproof material that has been laboratory tested for durability. “Heavy-Duty” refers to performance, not weight.
8. Cover Colours: Product photos are professionally taken; however, colour variations may occur due to lighting and device display differences.
9. Delivery Address: Customers must ensure their delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, a £10.50 redelivery fee may apply. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
10. Returns: Ready-made covers may be returned; please note return postage and a restocking fee apply as per our Returns Policy. Covers featuring optional extras or custom additions cannot be returned under any circumstances.
