Warranty Information

The Cover Company offers a 1 year comprehensive warranty on both on all our outdoor furniture covers. Unlike many cover manufactures, our warranty includes waterproofing and excess fading. For more information on warranty and life expectancy see FAQ’s.  We warrant our range of outdoor covers to be free from material defect and product construction and performance flaws not attributed to normal use. The warranty term begins from the date of purchase ( 3 weeks after purchase for custom made covers )  and applies to the individual/company named on the invoice and is not transferrable.  Should we determine a defect in the material or workmanship of the product within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, replace or refund the cover. We reserve the right to make the final determination on defects. Any alterations or modifications made to the cover will void the warranty. Warranty does not cover accidental damage. Any preexisting damage or imperfection to the cover should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review and arrange remediation action.  Should pre-existing damage / imperfections not be reported within 7 days, remediation may not be forthcoming.

Condensation and moisture naturally occurs where airflow is limited. Condensation can lead to mould and as a result can cause damage to some types of furniture. To reduce condensation and the risk of moisture build up and mould. Remove the cover from your furniture periodically, allowing air to circulate and to avoid the build-up of condensation between your furniture and the cover.

The Cover Company does not accept responsibility or liability for the item being covered. It is recommended that you contact the manufacturer of the item being covered and seek your own independent advice. The Cover Company does not recommended covering indoor furniture and placing outside.

How To Lodge A Warranty Claim /Return Request

Please use our easy, step by step process to begin a warranty claim.

Step 1: Take 3 photos

To assess  the damage to your cover,
we require a total of 3  photos of the following:

2 x Wide angle of the cover in use
1 x Close up view of damage

Step 2: Start Your Claim

Enter your Invoice number, full name, order date, email
into the form. Upload the 3 images and in a few words tell us reason for claim. Finally provide additional information in detailed description.

Step 3: Submit Claim

Once all your information is filled out and
your images are uploaded, you can submit
your claim. Our team will review your claim
and get back to you within 2
business days.
